Identification documents – It is important that you have photo ID and a copy of your birth certificate when you leave care.
We will help you to make sure you have the documents you need, and have your National Insurance number and bank account all set up. If you have lost your National Insurance Number, you can make a request for it to be replaced.
We will support you to attain a Passport and Provisional Driving Licence too.
