We will link you with organisations like Catch22 – who provide support to young care leavers to help improve their life chances
- help you access advocacy support
- help you with your right to see the information we keep about you, including the files and records written about you when you were in care.
- give you advice and help you to challenge any discrimination you face as a care leaver

Route1 Advocacy – provide advice and support to young people in or leaving care in Somerset. ‘Route 1 Advocacy’ can provide you with an Independent Visitor if you are under 18 and in care. When you reach 18, you and your Independent Visitor may both decide you would like to stay in touch with each other.

Coram Voice – is a national advocacy service for young people, which provides free advocacy for care leavers. They also have a children’s legal centre and a legal centre for migrant children.
